By using PlotLuck, OneLiner, CastLink, CineSeek, and TimeLine (collectively the "Games"), you agree to these terms.

Use of the Games

The Games are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the Games or their content without our permission.

Challenge Mode

The Games include an optional Challenge Mode that allows you to compete against other players by sharing a challenge link. When you use Challenge Mode, the following applies:

• You will be asked to choose a display nickname before sending a challenge. This nickname is visible to anyone who opens your challenge link and may appear on the public Challenge Board.
• You are responsible for the nickname you choose. Nicknames must not be offensive, abusive, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove or block any nickname that violates these standards.
• Challenge links are valid for 24 hours from the time of creation. After expiration, the link will no longer be accessible.
• Challenge results — including your nickname, score, and game type — may be displayed publicly on the PlotLuck Challenge Board.
• Challenge Mode uses a device-generated anonymous identifier (UUID) stored in your browser to distinguish players. No account registration is required.
• You may not manipulate, falsify, or exploit the challenge system to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with other players' experience.

No Warranty

The Games are provided "as is." We do not warrant that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Affiliate Disclosure

We include affiliate links (e.g., Amazon Associates). We may earn a commission when you make a purchase through these links. This does not affect the price you pay.

Advertising

The Games display ads via Google AdSense. Ad content is determined by Google, not by us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrianOnAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Games, including participation in Challenge Mode.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Games after changes constitutes acceptance.
